Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara also reunite for the sequel, stepping back into their beloved characters of Goth teen Lydia Deetz and her overly enthusiastic realtor mother Delia. Available while supplies last, Regal’s collectible buckets charmingly recreate iconic objects from the original. Fans can choose from a miniature model of the attic display, a recreation of the “Handbook for the Recently Deceased,” or a bucket modeled after the giant sandworm. Playful social media teasers from Regal reference the film’s creepy brand of humor to drum up interest in the limited-edition merch.

For Burton, the sequel offered a chance to rediscover his joy in moviemaking. In an interview with Empire magazine, the auteur expressed feeling disillusioned with studios but finding new passion through reconnecting with the characters and universe he first brought to life over 30 years ago. Lydia, in particular, remains an avatar for Burton even today.

Whether seeking more of the offbeat adventure that made the original a cult classic or simply curious about Burton revisiting old creative roots, audiences finally have their long-awaited chance to return to the strange and unusual world of Beetlejuice.
