The release of the lavishly announced game Assassin’s Creed: Mirage is already coming next year. It looks like Ubisoft is already planning to encourage players to reach for this title.
In a completely unexpected move, the free expansion for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has been launched. Gamers can take part in a quest called Shared History, which will link the two installments of the famous game series story-wise.
Assassin’s Creed: Mirage’s protagonist will be Basim, who is one of the side characters of the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla game.

The add-on just introduced will set players on a quest in which Eivor, protagonist of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, will encounter Roshan, Basim’s mentor.
This way Ubisoft plans to connect the 2020 game with the production dated next year. And who knows, perhaps this simple plot play will make a little more players actually reach for Assassin’s Creed: Mirage?
Incidentally, we remind you that the final expansion called The Last Chapter will come to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on December 6. This is when the 1.6.2 update will also be released.
In order to access the Last Chapter expansion, you must complete the following key story elements in the game:
- The main plot thread by forming an alliance with all the lands in England
- Mythological plot threads in Asgard and Jotunheim
- Expand the settlement to level 5 and erect a Yomswiking hut
- Exterminate all targets from the Ancient Order and unmask their leader
Assassin’s Creed: Mirage will make its debut in 2023. The target platforms are PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
